The product arrives folded up into a 6x9" package. Based on the picture, you'd think this was somewhat rigid and thick. In reality, it's about 1/4-1/2" thick and is simply two pieces of fabric sewn together with a small amount of padding in between, so it's about as rigid as a thick scarf. It needs to be ironed or steamed to get all the creases out of it.It's not the highest quality product, but it isn't falling apart like another reviewer mentioned. To make it look like the picture they need to stuff it so it's at least 2-3" thick, or put some sort of rigid plastic in it so it doesn't look like a weird scarf. I'll probably modify this with some flat plastic inside to make it serve the intended purpose. It's a good idea, just not well executed. The picture needs to be changed to reflect the actual product.Thicker material than I thought it would be - we did cut a small slit in the seam and put a little stuffing in - other than that is was the "hit" at Halloween party. Easy costume and so much fun. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 since I had to stuff it. Was not wrinkled badly like others had said either.Shipped fast. Great Halloween idea... but not quite what expected. It’s very thin and flimsy. I expected some kind of structure to hold its form. Cheap materials. If I saw this in person I would NOT have paid $20 for it. Oh well. My teen wore it and had fun, but the quality should’ve been more like $5 in my opinion. Plus there was a bunch of writing transferred onto the back (like it was stored under a notepad written on with fresh ink). Bummer!As other reviewers mentioned, it doesn't hold its shape very well. If I'd had more time, I would have supported it with something, but it would have been easier to just make my own. Not quite worth the price, but I knew what I was getting into.Good, simple, fun costume!I was a chick magnet for Halloween and this was the life of the party. I am 6' 210lbs and it fit perfectly. I highly recommend for a costume.It looks okay but is really flat so we will be making some adjustments. Right now it looks like a weird scarf.Got lots of laughs...once they figured out what it was
